The Basics (Securing Your Slot):

20% Secure-Booking Deposit: To confirm your technical assessment and service date, a 20% deposit is required.

Flexibility: This deposit is non-refundable, but we are happy to move it to a new date if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
On the Day (Mobile Logistics):

Power Access: Our mobile unit is fully equipped with deionised water, but we require access to a standard plug socket to power our specialist extraction and polishing machinery.

Working Space: Please ensure there is enough room to work around the vehicle safely (ideally off-road parking or a wide driveway).

Surface Access: To ensure a total hygiene reset, please clear out personal items before we arrive. TJB Solutions cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition (The Baseline):

"Average" Condition: Our fixed quotes are based on average soil levels.

Specialist Cleaning: If the vehicle has excessive pet hair, heavy mud, or biological "accidents" (stains/vomit), a small additional fee may apply to cover the extra time and technical products required. We will always diagnose this and let you know before we start.
The Merseyside Weather:

If the British weather prevents us from achieving a "TJB Standard" finish (crucial for Lifetime Ceramic Protection), we may need to reschedule. Your deposit remains safe and automatically moves to the new date.
The Final Handover:

Once the work is complete and you’ve inspected the results, the remaining balance is due via Cash or Bank Transfer.
